I bought a box of bags of mixed green and black tea. But I have no idea how to serve them. Should I put sugar or milk in it? Help!

No. No milk. No sugar.
It all depends on your preference…sugar is okay to put in them. I personally prefer to use honey. And, they’re great to serve cold too…
Infuse the tea for 7 minutes in water just off the boil in a heated ceramic or glass tea pot. Pour into tea cups. Serve as is or with a smidgen of Honey or Maple Syrup for an amazingly delightful tea experience.
I serve Pomegranet White Tea both hot and iced with a splash of Real Maple Syrup. My guests enjoy it tremendously. Personally, I do like it but I prefer it as is. .
with honey and lemon slices….my mom also puts out sugar in the raw
White and green tea are special teas that are usually enjoyed on their own, without milk or sugar. They are not like regular, black tea, which often tastes better with sugar or milk.
Serious tea lovers never add milk or sugar to green or white tea.
As you probably know, green and white tea are very healthy brews, but adding milk to these teas ruins the health benefits. This is because the casein in the milk binds the antioxidants and renders them useless, and sugar adds calories.
If you are going to serve the tea to others, some might find it strange if you mix anything in it. On the other hand, there’s no law against experimenting and brewing your tea exactly the way you like it.
White tea is typically served with a bit of sugar, honey, and/or lemon juice.
While most people drink green tea straight, without any additives.
I loooove green tea, and i feel its healthier un-tainted with : ]
